What is NLP?
Unlike other approaches that tell you WHAT you need to do, NLP is a
HOW TO technology. It tells and shows you HOW TO achieve what you
want and HOW TO become the person you want to achieve your goals.

NLP is only a model. It isn't 'right' or 'wrong' it's only as useful as it is useful. One of the basic tenets of NLP is "if it isn't working, try something else" - and this applies to NLP as much as anything else. Here are three different descriptions of NLP. Dip into each of them and see which is most to your liking:

(Neuro Linguistic Programming) is the most useful approach we know for
doing this.

Everyone structures their experience of the world through the five
senses -- seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling. Whilst you are aware of your External

that they are called Representational Systems?
