Caitlin has been researching and applying Clean Language and NLP with individuals and groups since 1997. She developed Systemic Modelling processes for cleanly facilitating groups. In 2000 she formed Training Attention and with Nancy Doyle, designs and evaluates Clean, Systemic Interventions in the public and private sector. Caitlin runs an apprentice programme for certification in Clean Language and Systemic Modelling.
